3              Fixed Issues

Problem

32

The "Stiffness" parameter for a linear spring was reverting to its previous value when the "design" checkbox was selected or unselected.

37

Motion on a part graphics was not displaying all 6 possible arrows.

41

Plot scaling was not working correctly

42

If a plot was preserved and then the simulation was re-run, the vertical scale on the plot was reset from 0 to 1.

47

Incorrect calculations for non-linear torsion springs and rotational dampers have been fixed.

48

Repeated simulations with a plot displayed no longer create additional tick marks on the plot.

51

A crash occurred while checking interference in the Motion Builder

53

Joints created manually were unable to be defined between certain parts in subassemblies.

54

Back button on Motion Builder Simulation page was active after a simulation was run.

57

Interferences were not being found in certain cases where the faces of the two parts were exactly aligned.

58

Find first contact was not working on some models.

59

A crash was occurring when "Find first contact" was selected for interference check.

62

The show/hide functionality on the right mouse button menu of a part in the Browser was not kept in Synch with the CAD system.

65

The time required to load a model and to prepare it for a simulation were many times higher than previous versions. These times have been reduced significantly although they are still longer than previous versions due to the extra processing required to support subassemblies.

66

A crash would occur after a part used in a 3D contact definition was right clicked in the Motion browser after a simulation had been run and results deleted.
