Use "Model Reference" to Develop Controller Component

Controllers are hardware. Terry had to work at MathWorks a few years to reach this sentiment. No doubt, there is an important control algorithm designed by Simulink, and expressed as code that will run on your chosen embedded processor. That processor will be integrated onto an electronics board with all the active connections to plug-in and operate a machine. This board is the component that we know as the controller.
